SOURCING YARNS, FABRICS , TRIMS AND ACCESSORIES:
We help your company get ahead by sourcing items on your behalf in the local market in Bangladesh. We control quality of all fabrics, Trims and yarn inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its timely delivery at manufacturers.
All fabrics are tested for colour fastness, fabric strength, flammability and other parameters set by our customers to ensure product satisfaction.
MANAGING:
Taurus BD monitors manufacturing manually and technically, from the yarn –weaving –fabric stages to finish product, on site in order to closely track your production to ensure that it adheres to your standards and schedule and keep you regularly updated with your production. We identify any risk factors in the production of garments and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to resolve the problem.
Design and Development

Merchandising
Our team of merchandisers manages the lifecycle of each garment, directing our supply base to accurately deliver product on time and to the required standard. A wealth of experience in production ensures that critical paths are closely monitored, maintained and solutions to any challenges are quickly identified and resolved. Each account has a team dedicated to it with a representative always available to provide real time updates or options on future developments. Quality Checking, Assurance and Testing
Our quality control team performs quality assurance from cutting, through stitching all the way to final packing. Our Technical teams are on-hand to monitor fits, workmanship; specs to ensure only the highest quality goods are produced. With strict QC checks and in addition to our factories own QC procedures; quality control is our top priority. Transparency of procedure is one of our core principles and we welcome the opportunity to review and develop our QC procedures to suit the needs of any of our customers.
